40 Ton Log Splitter – Black Diamond has done it again with their high quality 40 ton splitter, making sure you get the best quality results. The LS40 uses a fantastic 8” (200 mm) splitting wedge, which is made of hardened steel, and cuts through any timber you need split.

This is an oversized wedge, larger than most other log splitters offer, which contributes to the great amount of force it puts out. This steel wedge is also cast, giving it more durability and longevity to match the LS40’s heavy duty build. With the LS40 you can split logs up to 21 inches (55 cm) long and 12 inches (30 cm) wide.

40 Ton Log Splitter – Black Diamond produces 4000 psi of force when it cuts, thanks to the excellent 13hp OHV engine. Plus, being productive is easier than ever as the LS40 lets you get through tons of work in the day. This is thanks to the 2 stage hydraulic pump, which provides a low cycle time of just 18 seconds.

Additionally, the auto return valve means that when you release the lever, the ram resets so you can set up the next log as soon as possible. Thanks to these features, you can be more efficient and productive.
