This industrial construction vacuum cleaner can be used as:

The Husqvarna DE120 concrete dust three-stage filtration system

Inhaling freshly cut concrete dust can lead to serious health issues, including lung disease. Whether from short-term or long-term exposure, concrete dust poses a risk to both you and your team. That’s why the Husqvarna DE 120 concrete dust vacuum is built for safety. It features a certified HEPA H13 filter system designed to trap harmful fine particles and prevent them from recirculating into the air.

This quiet, single-phase HEPA dust collector is engineered to capture even the smallest and most dangerous dust particles. Its three-stage filtration system extends working time between cleanings while maintaining maximum airflow and safety:

1. Cyclone Chamber: Separates up to 95% of the heavier dust particles before they reach the main filter.

2. Conical Main Filter: This washable filter works with the Jet Pulse cleaning system, which keeps airflow high and reduces downtime. The system allows filter cleaning without opening the unit—limiting dust exposure during maintenance.

3. Dual HEPA H13 Filters: Each filter is individually tested and certified to capture 99.99% of respirable silica dust down to 0.3µm.

As a result, the DE 120 releases only clean air, keeping your workspace healthier.

The Longopac® dust confinement system

The DE 120 uses a Longopac® system to contain dust and debris in a 20-meter plastic sleeve, which you can divide into around 25 sealed bags. Alternatively, you can use a 40L disposable poly bag for convenience.

When the Longopac is full, simply pull it down, seal it with two twist ties, and cut between them. This creates a fully sealed, self-contained dust bag for safe disposal—protecting your team from exposure even during cleanup.
