Description
Submersible Flex Drive Pump – Master Finish
You might also know these flex shaft pumps as sump pumps, submersible flexible drive pumps, or trash pumps.
One major benefit of this submersible flex drive pump is its self-priming capability after the initial prime. As a result, you won’t need an external priming suction hose. The pump automatically regulates the vacuum level to effectively draw fluid into the inlet.
To improve abrasion resistance, the pump features a stainless steel impeller. Additionally, the strainer, impeller, and body are specifically designed to let solids pass through easily. Therefore, this submersible pump is ideal for situations where water is mixed with debris. Thanks to its rugged and heavy-duty build, it suits tradespeople and civil workers using it daily on construction sites.
For added convenience, the shaft includes an anti-kink coil. You can simply move the coil to the spot where the pump needs to go over an edge—this supports the shaft and prevents kinking.
Once submerged, a rotating flexible shaft delivers power from the drive unit to the pump head, ensuring smooth operation.
Lay-flat hoses and drive units are available as optional extras.
Overall, MasterFinish’s flexible shaft-driven heavy-duty pumps are portable and highly versatile, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
