What are looping blades?

Looping blades—also known as joint widening or traffic loop blades—are thicker than standard diamond saw blades. They’re ideal for cutting expansion joints in fresh or cured concrete and asphalt, especially for traffic light loop installations.

While regular blades are 3.2mm thick, loop blades are wider, typically 6.4mm or 10mm. Built with a heavy-duty steel core and diamond dust segments, they offer excellent cutting speed, long life, and high performance.
